Who we are

DMCS is a mainland business setup consultancy headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We guide founders and business owners through Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) licensing, visa sponsorship, PRO (Public Relations Officer) services, and ongoing compliance. When this policy uses "we", "us", or "our", it refers to DMCS and our licensed partners in the UAE.

Information we collect

We collect only the information required to advise you accurately and deliver your setup or compliance service. This includes your name, email, phone number, and the business activity you plan to license. For active clients, we also handle documents mandated by UAE authorities: passport scans, visa details, Emirates ID information, and shareholding records.

• Business details: intended activity, number of visa allocations, office location, and capital structure.
• Government-required documentation: passports, visas, Emirates ID, and shareholding proof.

How we use your information

Your data is used exclusively to quote your setup, advise on the optimal legal structure, file DET and authority applications, and maintain compliance post-licensing. We contact you only to progress your setup, confirm actions, meet UAE legal obligations, or, with your consent, inform you of renewal deadlines or relevant regulatory changes.

• Preparing itemised AED quotes and setup cost breakdowns.
• Submitting applications and managing DET, GDRFA, MOHRE, and MOFA filings.
• Satisfying UAE corporate, tax, and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulatory requirements.
• Improving our website and service delivery through anonymised analytics.

How we share your information

We do not sell or trade your personal data. We share it only where service delivery requires it: with UAE government agencies (DET, GDRFA, MOHRE, MOFA), with your bank during account opening, and with vetted service providers (PRO services, visa sponsors) who are bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations.

How long we keep it

We retain your information for the duration of our engagement and any statutory period mandated by UAE law: including corporate registration (indefinitely), tax records (5 years minimum), and labour records (3 years). Once legally disposable, data is securely deleted or encrypted and archived.

How we protect it

We employ standard technical and organisational safeguards: encrypted communications, access controls, and secure storage, to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access, and misuse. No system is 100% secure; however, we treat your information with the confidentiality a business setup demands and restrict access strictly to those who need it.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time, subject to UAE legal retention requirements. You may also withdraw consent for marketing communications. Exercise these rights by contacting us with your request and proof of identity.
